PAP messed up in creating hscPipe 7.0 through 7.2, by not building
them in the same stack, so version numbering of products with changed
dependencies is wrong (the “+1” versions are missing). I suggest
ignoring these old builds, and using the new builds, starting with
hscPipe 7.3.
